Reached Carl clay/tone graduate awarded Bissett pupils 2009 price for their outstanding contributions to the public sector

School the Carl clay/tone university of the public order and the administration (SPPA) is pleased to announce that Ann valley is receivers of this year of its pupil price for differentiating contributions to the public sector. This price is called after James (Joe) Bissett, which, 1956, became one of the first class participants to graduate to of the Carl clay/tone university with a Magister of philosophy administration publicly.
